C2C Social Action

C2C Social Action (commonly known as C2C) works with individuals at any stage of the criminal justice system. We support, inspire and motivate them to move forward with their lives, and contribute positively to society. We work with women across Northamptonshire, and both women and men on projects in Milton Keynes.
